So, I have finally made the candied peel for my Dowager Duchess cake, but now I have 12 peeled oranges to eat. Any suggestions? So far I have eaten one dipped in a sweet 'dukkah' from a Your Inspiration at Home party. I have a bulb of fennel in the fridge to make a salad with oranges and olives, but I need more ideas. Of course I'll be taking them on my lunch too. Thanks in advance.
