So, I bought a 10lb pork shoulder the other day. I can't remember if it is bone in or not off the top of my head though. I am debating whether to cook it in the oven or the slow cooker. Carnitas, pulled pork, etc.. I am pretty open as far as cuisine is concerned as well. I would appreciate y'alls opinion on either option as well as cooking times for the option that you suggest.
