1 Day Stockholm - 3 days Copenhagen. How are my restaurant choices looking?

Taking my wife on a surprise 4 day trip to Stockholm and Copenhagen. Its her bday and we got engaged in Stockholm ten years ago. We are from New York. The goal is to have a great food experience and try some of the worlds best restaurants. We will be in stockholm for only one day, followed by 3 days in Copenhagen.

Day 1 - Stockholm. Made reservations for dinner at the kitchen counter at Frantzen. Its her birthday and sitting at the kitchen counter really intrigues me. Love watching the masters at work.
Day 2. Copenhagen. Made reservations for dinner at Geranium. Would have loved to push this to day 3, but this is a saturday and they are not open on sunday and monday. We leave on tuesday. Would it be better to substitute this with Kiin Kiin for a completely different type of food? We both love Thai Food. Any suggestions for a light lunch?
Day 3. Have lunch reservations at Kødbyens Fiskebar and dinner reservations at BROR. Could move Fiskebar to dinner and skip BROR. Or any other suggestions.
Day 4. Have dinner reservations at Den Røde Cottage. Nothing planned for lunch. Maybe a food market or hall type place?

Some questions.

Has anyone been to both Frantzen and Geranium? Would you recommend one over the other? Is it overkill to do them both, seeing as we can't not do them back to back.

How is it looking overall?

Thank you
