A few years back, whilst living in Paris, I was taken by some local colleagues to a rustic place ( exposed wooden beams, garlic hanging from ceiling...etc ) located in some side street just off Rue de Rivoli around the Jardin des Tuileries. The Beef Bourguignon I had was utterly delicious!! Fork tender beef with a bit of tendons attached to give them amazing textural feel and thick, dark, dark delicious sauce. Even better than some I had in Burgundy! Can any fellow chowhounder remind me of the name and address of this place??!! Many Thanks!
