Matzo might not be the first, second, or 14th ingredient you think of when brainstorming about Easter treats, what with it being an unleavened bread eaten by Jews during Passover. But in cracker form, matzo transforms into a surprisingly addictive treat. The hardest part is ensuring you don't burnt the caramel as you make it in a saucepan, or when you're baking the caramel spread across the cracker sheets. The rest is gravy. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the hot caramel-covered matzo and spread it once it's melted. Sprinkle on slivered almonds, fleur de sel, and refrigerate.
