But now, according to, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau has reversed its decision—on the grounds that “the phrase in question refers to the brand name of the product and does not mislead consumers.” In a letter to Weed Ales fans and supporters, owner Vaune Dillmann writes, “Weed fought the law and Weed won!”
