The Indian food at Banjara leaves Deb Van D mostly unmoved, with one splendid exception: kolize poori wali, an appetizer of sautéed chicken livers with little fried bread puffs. “Really, really good,” she swears. “I think it’s worth a trip for that dish alone.”
