The Stathatos family in San Marino, California, may be the only ones not concerned about disappearing bees—they’ve got plenty of them. According to an Associated Press article, there are so many bees living in the walls of their Tudor home that honey drips out of the walls. “You walk into the house and it smells sweet,” said the specialist called in by the family to consult on the bee situation. “I felt like I was in a jar of honey.”

Apparently the problem has been going on for more than 20 years, but the family hadn’t been bothered by it. “They’ve got the most beautiful garden you’ve ever seen, with flowers all around the house,” said the consultant. “It’s the perfect environment for bees.”
