Anyone who knows me knows that I can’t go long without ginger. Because I’m on a search for the perfect ginger beer, I even made some myself to hold me over till I find it. In the past, Barritt’s has been the brew of choice for one of my favorite libations, the Dark ’n’ Stormy, but that all changed when my friend switched it up with a bottle of Bundaberg Ginger Beer. It’s sweet and creamy, and full of natural ginger flavor. Sure, it’s from Australia—not the most traditional of places for ginger beer—but sometimes it’s nice to part with tradition and try something new. I also love the cool pull-top closure that makes opening the bottles all that more fun.
