This week, we’re launching our most ambitious video project ever: a fall lineup featuring four new weekly video programs, joining a couple of returning favorites. On Sunday, we debuted MDRN KTCHN, with Modernist Cuisine’s Scott Heimendinger demonstrating easy high-tech methods for home cooks (in the inaugural video, Scott makes melty nacho cheese).

Musical Video Recipes—a weekly how-to series told through original songs—rolled out on YouTube Monday, with Mia Di Pasquale’s ’80s synth-pop take on Electric Blackberry Chiffon Pie. Celebrities (like Mob Wives’ Renee Graziano) talk about their favorite dishes in My Food Thing, which launched Tuesday on YouTube. San Francisco cocktail expert Martin Cate debuts his drinks primer in CHOW Happy Hour next Friday, October 12.

And our ongoing Test Kitchen cooking-demo series The Easiest Way launches a whole new batch of fall recipes starting next Thursday, while pop-foods reviewer James Norton continues his Supertaster series on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Get a taste of CHOW’s Fall Series in the video trailer above, and settle down for a blistering fall!
