A drink inspired by Elizabeth McCord from the CBS series Madam Secretary, this combines aromatic lavender syrup, raspberry sorbetto, and sparkling wine. It’s the perfect cocktail for an elegant afternoon party, brunch buffet, or to mark an occasion (think Mother’s Day, Easter, graduation, a birthday or anniversary…). Feel free to swap out the sorbetto flavor—try peach, strawberry, or plum. Serve this drink in a classic wide-mouth coupe glass, traditional for Champagne.

Sip Champagne and serve sophisticated desserts in these heirloom-quality coupe glasses, which happen to be dishwasher-safe, and can be purchased individually or in sets of six.
