I wanted to find a way to make Turkey Meatloaf tender and juicy. I think I really accomplished that with this recipe. The Townhouse crackers give this meatloaf an almost buttery texture as it melts in your mouth. Veggies and sausage (you could probably use turkey sausage if you don’t like pork, but I would definitely suggest the pork) give you the meaty texture you look for with the basic meatloaf. This is better then any meatloaf I have ever had. I hope you enjoy!
