Prosecco Negroni (Negroni Sbagliato)

Substituting Prosecco for gin makes this Negroni twist lighter and less alcoholic. Adapted from The Straight Up blog. See some more Negroni cocktail variations.

Instructions

  1. 1Add the Campari, sweet vermouth, and Prosecco to a chilled highball glass. Add ice and stir gently.
  2. 2Garnish with the lemon twist and serve.
