For this classic mixed greens salad recipe, you’ll need a variety of fresh salad greens and a batch of Classic Vinaigrette.

Instructions

  1. 1Trim and tear the leaves of the salad greens into bite-sized pieces if necessary. Place in a wide, shallow salad bowl.
  2. 2Drizzle with a little vinaigrette and toss to coat. Serve, passing additional vinaigrette on the side.
