Ingredients (2)

  • 1 corned beef about 3-4 pounds, 1 large onion chopped, 5 cloves of garlic, smashed, 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 bag of coleslaw, i bottle of beer, pepper to taste, 1 3 pound bag small red potatoes cut in half

i love slow cooker recipes they are so easy just put it up in the morning then forget about it till ready to eat!


  1. 1heat the crock to high, spray well with cooking spray, add the onions and garlic put the coleslaw on top
  2. 2rinse the corned beef well place on top, sprinkle the pepper over, place around the potoes, pour over the beer and 1/2 cup water
  3. 3cook on high for 4 hours then turn down to low for about 4-5 hours
    take the corned beef out and let rest before cutting, serve with the potatoes and gravy over
