Coffee Flip

Instead of ending a holiday dinner or party with a boozy coffee drink like Irish coffee, try this flip made with coffee liqueur and cream, plus ice and egg white to make it cold and frothy. To totally impress your guests, use homemade coffee liqueur.

Tips for Christmas

Instructions

  1. 1Place a cocktail glass in the freezer to chill.
  2. 2Combine the egg white, coffee liqueur, and cream in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until the mixture is frothy, about 30 seconds. Fill the shaker halfway with ice, cover, and shake until the outside is frosted, about 30 seconds. Strain into the chilled glass.
