Ingredients (4)

  • 6 ounces soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds (see note)
  • 3 tablespoons soy protein isolate (see note)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

So how about if you throw in one of their favorite dishes, as a treat to get them gobble up the entire breakfast!! We bring to you a breakfast shake that is easy, yummy and quick to make. What more can you ask for when health and taste come together in one big shake!!


  1. 1Put the soy milk in a blender. With the blender on low speed, add the ground flaxseeds, soy protein isolate and blueberries. Increase the speed until ingredients are well blended.
  2. 2Yields 1 serving with 200 calories and 24 grams of protein.
  3. 3Note: These ingredients are available at some supermarkets and many health food stores.
