1Add all ingredients into medium saucepan with no lid and cook on medium low heat.
2Stir frequently after the first 30 minutes and do not use a lid as you want the liquid to evaporate and cook down to a syrupy rich goodness (use your judgement as to desired viscosity/thickness). This can take 60 to 90 minutes depending on type of cookware used and heat intensity.
