Zongzi with Salted Duck Egg

chowchau | Sep 27, 201603:20 AM     4

One of my favorite things to eat is Chinese zongzi with sticky rice, pork, peanut and salted duck egg. Does anyone know the Chinese characters that describe this?

When I'm in Chinatown (usually at New Kam Man on Canal Street) I can never tell what is inside the leaves. It's labeled in Chinese and the merchants don't speak english well enough to explain it to me. 1 in 10 times I get what I'm looking for. Can anyone up my odds with some Chinese?
