On N side of Little SM btn Rodeo and Beverly. Menu is way too large, a bad sign at a place like this. Also, board with specials had a hundred if it had one; they'd written on it like a Guinness recordholder would write the Lord's Prayer on the head of a pin. How fresh can the stuff be?
Ordered lunch special, marinated chicken with spicy tuna roll. Chicken came doused in sauce, was fairly tasty, but one gross piece. Came with salad, miso, potato salad (?!) and rice. Spicy tuna roll was gross. One bite and it's right through you.
Dad insisted on the "Beverly roll," some kind of creamy concoction with salmon, crab, etc. Gross. Didn't have air conditioning on until we told them it was a shvitz bath. Took FOREVER to get our check. More people came out of the backroom to tell us it was coming than come out of most clown cars.
Never again. Only saving grace: scooted right next door for a fix of the OOTW lychee gelato at Il Cono.
