After years of NYE letdowns, the husband and I are taking ourselves out of the New Year's Eve party gambit by going for a prix fixe dinner. I'm having trouble finding out any details, though. I know that Meritage has one (it's listed on their rather unfortunate website) and I know that In Season has an early and a late seating at different price points. Unfortunately I can't seem to find any information beyond that.

This is the first year we've attempted something like this, so I don't know if it's par for the course to know very little information and to book your reservation blindly or if I should look for more information first. Like price points!

We're looking for a late seating -- Meritage's website says their seating is at 10pm which is appealing. We're young and kid-free, so we want to be out to ring in the new year. We also like wine so any place that has a wine flight pairing would be preferred. This is also my Christmas gift to him so I'm willing to spend a little bit dearly to have an amazing night....if that helps on any recommendations. Would appreciate any tips or information. Thanks!
