Xiao long bao are a personal fascination of mine. Though I have tried just a few in the Bay Area with Yimster, I still like L.A.'s Din Tai Fung the best.
Today I was looking at the online menu for Betelnut and noticed this item: "little dragon dumplings of pork and shrimp with ginger vinegar." These sound like xlb's to me, right? Has anyone tried them? It seems like a strange place for xlb's.
