For those who don't know, this is a condiment made with lemon zest, parsley, anchovy, garlic, and other ingredients and served with ossobuco alla milanese.
For those who already knew, do you know this stuff as "gremolada" or "gremolata"?
I've looked in dictionaries, Wikipedia, cooking sites, etc., and I've googled it. I know they're both used, and they should both be considered correct. But I only learned this yesterday; before that, I only knew "gremolata" and I would have taken "gremolada" to be a misspelling. Anyone else in the same boat?
