Woodinville wine tours vs. local wine tasting (Seattle)

Meda | Jul 6, 200408:08 PM     7

I'm headed to Seattle in a few weeks and wanted to take in some of the local wines. I was trying to decide between some of the local wine tasting I've heard/read about and doing a day trip to Woodinville to do the winery tour/tasting thing. Any opinions/suggestions?
I'm considering Pike and Western, The Tasting Room and Esquin for wine tasting in Seattle
Silver Lake, Chateau Ste. Michele, and Columbia Winery are on my list of Woodinville wineries. I'm also considering Facelli, Woodinville Wine Co., and Di Stefano Winery if I hear something compelling.

Thanks!
