Am I taking the easy road out for the holidays? Family bickering over what wines with turkey - will go with a white & a light red - probably Pinot Noir. White is the problem - Chard lovers, Chard haters, Viognier lovers, those who aren't as excited and so on... An I wussing out by getting a blend - Caymus Conundrum, Beringer Alluvium Blanc, Carmenet, etc? Seems to be a great idea, would keep all happy & all should go well with the turkey. What do you think?
