Happiness is when you visit your favorite BBQ place and the meat is a 10 (on a scale of 1-10). I don't pass out TENS very often. Despite the fact that William's is probably more noted for their pork ribs than their brisket, I normally order the brisket. Today I got the kind that should be eaten by itself. No sauce, no bread needed. Just the tender, moist beef with the right amount of smoke. How sweet it is! Sure made my day despite the fact that I almost got hit while riding my bike over there.
