Wikipedia - San Diego style mexican

Hi Chowhounds,

This is a link to the talk page for burritos on wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Bur...

After a somewhat long debate with someone named Viriditas on wikipedia, almost all information regarding the California Burrito or what San Diego hole-in-the-wall Mexican is all about has been deleted from the main Burrito article. I am looking for any solid information regarding the iteration of the San Diego burrito culture or even more specifically the California Burrito. I am pretty well informed about the basics, but require actual documentation to reference on the wiki page.

I haven't been able to find much, which I find disheartening considering the "patriotism" I feel towards the type of Mexican food San Diego is known for, especially when the "Mission" style of San Francisco burrito demands such a high billing on the page in question (in so much that it even has its own complete page linked off of the main burrito page). Hopefully someone, or multiple peoples here can give some good information!?
