I love noodle soups (actually more like my fav food), but as I started the South Beach diet a few weeks ago... I really need to stay away from noodles made from processed or refined flour. I miss my miso ramen, my wonton noodle soup, my taiwanese hand pulled beef noodle soup.
Are there any places in SF or the Hayward/Union City/San Mateo area that has noodles soups from whole grain (wheat, brown rice, whatever) noodles? Am I stuck with soba? Is there such a thing as whole wheat ramen or is it the wishful thinking of a noodle hound on South Beach? Help!
