Wet Brining science question

Puffin3 | Nov 20, 201405:46 AM

We know that water follows sodium hence the reason wet brining works.
Does anyone know after the sodium and the water molecules have completed homeostasis ie the sodium and water have combined all they can, what % is water and what % is sodium?
