I re-joined WW 11-17, 20+ pounds over goal (previously, was at Lifetime for 10 years). Re-reached goal by the end of January. While the increased number of zero-point foods are nice, I'm having loads of leftover points each day, so my question: if I ate my current 0 SP foods, plus ate all my SP, plus ate the weekly points (don't currently do), plus ate activity points (don't currently do), wouldn't I be gaining like mad?
Any other current WWs? Other takes/observations on Freestyle?
