Weekend Eating: House of Falafel (Cupertino)

A friend suggested trying out the new House of Falafel and I was looking forward to it based on Melanie Wong's post from a few months back. It was as good as I hoped it would be. We stuck to the basics, hub had the regular falafel and I had the house falafel. They were very generous sized wraps (lavosh bread) filled with crispy on the outside, moist on the inside falafels with lettuce, onions, and a smear of hummus. My house falafel wrap also had a layer of roasted eggplant slices inside that added another contrasting texture and more flavor. They had bottles of a tahini based dressing and hot sauce on the table so you could season to your own taste though the falafels were plenty good on their own. Didn't try anything else but saw they had chicken and another type of meat (lamb? beef?) on skewers (like they have for gyros) to shave off to put in sandwiches or platters. Has anyone tried the other menu items?
