Had a frappe at Toscanini's and was dissapointed with how watered down with milk it was. I am from outside of the northeast, so I'm not sure if frappes are naturally this runny. (I am used to a much thicker milkshake and thought, perhaps mistakenly, that the frappe was the local equivalent.) Are they make thicker elsewhere?
This is my first dissapointment with Toscanini's, whose ice cream and sundaes I absolutely love. I'd love to haer from those in the know if this was a fluke or just the way frappes are made.
