I'd like to visit the Eastern Townships (for the first time!) this weekend, dismal weather forecast notwithstanding. The idea of the visit is the sample some of the "produits de terroir". As the Auberge Hatley, mentioned in an earlier chowhound post, is no longer, I was thinking of trying either Aux Jardins Champetres in Magog-Orford, or Le Nid de Poule in Dunham. I would be grateful for any comments anybody may have about either of the above, or, better yet, suggestions of other places to try.
I know this is outside Montreal, but I'm hoping other Montreal foodies have travelled their vicinity more than I have!
