I can't get enough, I can't get enough, of the food I'm hungry for!

The crawfish short cake was very good, this was the first time I've tried it.

The Shell Beach seafood platter was fudged with a paneed and fried Zucchini Blossom with a filling of shrimp mousse. There's not supposed to be ANYTHING deep fried! But the zucchini blossom/mousse was pretty good, so I forgive them.

The rather smallish fish filet was Mahi-Mahi, there were the two baked oysters (sorry, but I forget which were offered) and a ramekin with a crawfish gratin
with a spicy cream sauce. The platter was rounded off by a token side of potato salad
