A large hunk of breast meat, rolled into a quenelle shape. Two minutes in the microwave, two-and-a-half would have been better, and I put it in the toaster oven for one minute, which accomplished nothing. The meat was juicy clear through and with good chicken flavor. The sauce was tasty and spicy, fair amount of oregano in there, and the mozarella melted right into the sauce. The breading on the chicken probably preserved some juiciness, but didn't add much to the eating of it--no texture left after I nuked it. Portion size was ample, and with a little salad it made a good lunch. I'm gonna get me a couple for emergencies at work.
