Does anybody know what the Versailles chicken is marinated with? I was trying to describe it to someone. I don't know why, but the marinade tastes like something I have eaten in a Chinese restaurant before. I do taste garlic, but it has a redish, pink color. I taste possibly peanut oil, and either lemon or vinegar? Am I close? It also tastes like its deep fried not Roasted as somebody else described it.
