Looking for venue for 70-80 guests for wedding reception/dinner in NYC (budget conscious)

Hello,
I am a budget conscious bride looking for a wedding reception venue for myself and my guests for my August wedding reception somewhere in Manhattan. We are leaning toward a Chinese Banquet style reception because we all LOVE Chinese and it's an affordable and fun option (though neither of us are Chinese.

Our price per head is <$50/person (before liquor). We want a party (with music and dancing)...all of which many Chinese Banquet halls can accommodate.

So far, we have checked out Mr. K's (too small), S. Dynasty (in the running), in midtown, and have plans to check out Golden Unicorn and Congee Village. Obviously, we are open to midtown and Chinatown. We are also open to other ideas besides Chinese Food.

Anyone have any other ideas for us. We love good, creative food and are ourselves "foodies"
and if we had our wish, would rent out the entire Hunan Kitchen of Grand Sizchuan in Flushing ;) (our fave Chinese) but don't think that's a real possibility, nor will our guests go to Flushing, sadly!

Ideas appreciated!!!
Thanks.
