Can't miss vegetarian food for Boston visitors

My husband and I are both vegetarian and are going to be in DC for 3-4 days in April. Since we have such a short trip, and we have to carefully choose our food, I'd love some suggestions for great vegetarian options in the area. We are happy to go places that aren't veggie-only restaurants--we just want to find the best food, wherever that may be.

For anyone who is familiar with Boston, two of our favorite restaurants here are Oleana and Ten Tables. We tend to favor middle eastern and asian cuisines (not very limiting, I know), but are very open to anything.

I've done a bit of research on the boards and have come up with a few preliminary contenders:
-At least 1 ethiopian meal--either Etete or Ethiopic seem to be two of the favorites
-Rasika (veggie tasting menu?)
-Jaleo (we love tapas)

Any other suggestions (especially for good lunch/sandwich places) would be appreciated. We'll probably be spending much of the time near the mall, but we'll be more than willing to hop on the Metro for good food.

Also, any can't miss bakeries or dessert options?
