I am planning to make baked french toast using the epicurious recipe linked below. I want to make one with cinnamon and brown sugar. I was thinking it would be extra fantastic to make the other orange flavored. I have a couple of nice oranges and a thing of orange-tangerine juice. But how do I do it? Can I still use mostly milk or would adding orange juice make the milk curdle?
Specific suggestions (measurements if possible!) would be superhelpful. I would rather not make an all orange-juice syrupy sort of french toast if possible.
