I'm deep frying a turkey for the first time this T-Day. I'm going to do 2 actually since they cook so quick. One I'm injecting with a cajun marinade. The other is supposed to be the regular plain turkey for my guests who just want it straight up. Do I need to bother with the brining if I'm deep frying the bird? Is that overkill?
