Do-henkotsu closes on Mondays, so I was at Halu. I noticed that they had a new Summer menu (starting 8/1) called "Umejiso Ryanmen" (not quite sure what "jiso/sijo" means).
It is basically a mori soba with ramen noodle (1.5x) with the dipping sauce flavored with ume (plum).
It wasn't bad, but initially it was quite salty (the usual Halu taste) and it got better as more water got mixed in.
I am not sure if Piri Kara Miso Ramen is still available (no advertisement) and I didn't even ask because I got there late.
Another thing I noticed was that someone who came later than I was denied "chashu halu" and offered just "halu" because they are running short of "chashu"...
