Looks like were in for a new food magazine next month. Its the brainchild (?) of a former editor of MAXIM and the founder of EAT SOUP, so I imagine it will take the glossy/gossipy approach. The first issue promises to lift the lid on restaurant critics, their personal quirks, expense accounts, bitching, and the like. Could be interesting. Could be awful.
Has any chowhound journo or food biz pro out there seen an advance copy?
