A new twist on my brownies

Kajikit | Jan 7, 2012 02:40 PM

I use a fairly basic (but very good) brownie recipe that uses 2 sticks of butter, 4 squares of baking chocolate, 4 eggs and 1 cup of flour... I usually put a little cinnamon and/or coffee into it for flavour, but I just bought a bottle of 'orange bakery emulsion' at Ross, so I used some of that instead. Mmmmmm they came out good! Jaffa brownies! I've got orange and lemon emulsions now, and I'll have to keep my eyes open for other varieties.
