Turkey Sausage Left On Counter

strvnwritr | Dec 11, 201407:24 PM     2

I know you guys get bombarded with questions like these so I really appreciate you taking the time to answer. Okay, so I went to the grocery store this afternoon and when I got home, I was running late for an appointment so I just put the perishables away. When I returned home later, I began putting the non-perishables away and discovered that I had left two 1 lb rolls of Jennie-O uncooked turkey sausage on my counter. I came home from the grocery store at 5:30 and discovered the sausage at 9:00 so it was sitting out for about 3.5 hours. The temperature in my house is about 68 degrees F. Do I need to throw it out? I am planning to cook it tomorrow evening, if that makes a difference.

Thanks for your help!
