I had posted earlier about how to make homemade gravy since I am just roasting the breast this year. I followed the suggestion to try the Women's Day Make Ahead Gravy recipe. I just finished and have 8 cups of turkey gravy. I'm happy with the results. It tastes like good homemade gravy! Plus, it's done now and I have a bunch to freeze for later. The only change I made was to use 4 cups turkey broth that I got from the butcher and 4 cups canned low salt chicken broth. I added salt to taste at the end.
Anyway, I now have these three beautiful turkey wing drummettes. Any suggestions for what to do with them? Could I even reheat them on T-Day and serve with the breast or would that be gross?
