So - have you actually cooked a Turducken? Amanda H. in today's NY Times seems to think it is a delicious dish. I've heard otherwise. There are so many components to the finished dish that it's difficult to get them all to be at their height of deliciousness at the same time. I'd be interested to hear from anyone who's attempted to roast a Turducken at the old homestead because I'd love to try it but it's a major investment for an unemployed derelict like me.
