Another rather stupendous dinner, courtesy of the new Lucques cookbook. Tonight it was the duck breasts with roasted grapes and creme fraiche. I basically did the recips, though I laid the sliced breasts atop some slow braised little gem lettuce halfs, which were delicious. I also drizzled some Villa Manodori balsamic over the greens before laying duck slices over it. Insanely good. All wolfed down with a superb 1999 Domaine Gramenon Cotes du Rhone.
