Sopes Mushrooms - wonderful

Bisteces en salsa (Tender sirloin strips simmered in a “drunken” sauce made with beer, pasilla peppers and cactus leaves) - the sauce was great, the meat wonderful (though there wasn't that much), the cactus was interesting... but too slimmy, taste was lost... (one of those exotic things you feel like you should like but it doesn't really appeal)

Service wonderful! They do a good job working with those who might not otherwise know real Mexican food. The folks with us were hesitant about the mole; the server was nice enough to bring out a sample for them to try.

One suggest for Tu y Yo... add more vegitables of some sort to the dishes... meat and rice... not that dynamic...

I'll be going again.
