I was going to post to the ongoing Cook's Illustrated best recipes thread, but it's gotten very long--and even though Cook's Country is part of the ATK family, I wasn't sure I should add this there.
I just made the Penne with Sausage and Broccoli from Cook's Country Skillet Suppers and it was a hit. Very tasty and simple--the pasta is cooked in the sauce and the broccoli is steamed on top of it!
Italian sausage, penne (I used a different pasta), broccoli, red pepper, chicken broth, white wine, cream, parmesan.....
What have you tried and was it a hit or miss?
