Trip to Savannah/Tybee Island. Please help with dining itinerary

I'm going on a business trip to Savannah in June. We'll be there for 3 days, then decided to add 3 days of vacation time at Tybee Island. I am traveling with my husband who has an Italian cheese/goat milk allergy (so Italian is out) and my son (who is 10 but capable of eating at high end places both in terms of taste and behavior). So we'll be looking for both lunch and dinner places. I've been looking at these boards for suggestions on places to eat, and here's what I'm coming up with:

In Savannah:
For a more high end dinner (or two) considering Local 11 ten, Noble Fare, Elizabeth's on 37th. We could do one or more of these. Local 11ten looks like the most interesting to me. Elizabeth's seems to be getting mixed reviews of the "going downhill" variety. For other dinners: we're considering Ranch Allegre, Firrefly cafe, Eos. Anyone have any thoughts/ warnings/ recommendations about these? Any other suggestions?

On tybee island we've rented a condo, so likely will be eating some breakfasts and lunch there. It looks like we shouldn't miss AJ's or Outback. Also considering Sundae cafe. Again, is there anything else we shouldn't miss?
